📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting in the hiring process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment-related databases.,Support the recruitment team in developing and implementing recruitment strategies and plans.,Conduct research on job markets, industry trends, and competitor practices to inform recruitment strategies.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee onboarding programs.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee retention strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other recruitment-related software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
