📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring that all purchases are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of goods and services.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for the company.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.,Analyze procurement data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to procurement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that procurement needs are met in a timely manner.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and systems.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
