📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to the highest standards.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, complying with all health and safety regulations.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and hygiene regulations.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of success in a similar position.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using computer software, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
