📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and other financial documents to support decision-making processes.,Oversee the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.,Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to drive the company's financial performance and growth.,Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.,Monitor and control the company's financial risks and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.,Provide financial guidance and support to the management team and other departments as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the company's financial health and sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance management role, preferably in the retail industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial reporting.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
