📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and align programs with organizational goals.
• Design and deliver training sessions using various e-learning platforms and in-person workshops.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in corporate training and development.
• Build and maintain relationships with external trainers and subject matter experts.
• Manage a team of trainers and ensure they are equipped with the necessary resources and support.
• Create and maintain training records and compliance documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate training and development, with a proven track record of success.
• Certification in instructional design or corporate training (e.g., ATD, ASTD, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Docebo, or Cornerstone.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve training programs.
• Experience in managing and leading a team of trainers.
• Familiarity with regional and cultural nuances in Bangka Belitung.
