📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a section of employees, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Develop and implement strategies to improve section performance and productivity.,Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff within the section.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed within the section.,Monitor and evaluate section performance, providing regular feedback to staff.,Act as a point of contact for section staff, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company.,Ensure that all section budgets are managed effectively and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven track record of successful section management and leadership.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Understanding of health and safety regulations.,Ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively.
