📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular field inspections to monitor crop health and identify potential issues.
• Implement and maintain best practices in horticulture, including crop rotation, irrigation management, and pest control.
• Use GPS-based tools to track and manage field activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute sustainable farming strategies.
• Monitor and record data on soil health, crop yields, and pest incidents using specialized software.
• Assist in the implementation of integrated pest management (IPM) programs to minimize chemical use.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest horticulture techniques and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company sustainability policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in horticulture or a related field.
• Familiarity with GPS-based farming tools and software like Agri-GPS or similar.
• Understanding of sustainable farming practices and integrated pest management (IPM).
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of soil analysis and crop management techniques.
• Willingness to work in Kalimantan Tengah, including remote locations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field is a plus.
