📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, performance reviews, and benefits.,Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts, to maintain a positive work environment.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's goals.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to employees.,Collaborate with managers and departments to address HR-related issues and improve workplace practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
