📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure that documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that is easy to understand,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical documentation,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy,Work with the marketing team to create and maintain user manuals and other end-user documentation,Provide technical writing support to the sales and support teams as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy,Experience with technical documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
