📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support to IT staff and end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and networks.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
• Support the implementation of IT projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
• Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Proficient in using ITIL framework for IT service management.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
