In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to the company's IT infrastructure and systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and customers regarding IT issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT security measures.,Provide training and guidance to employees on IT-related topics.,Ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT systems and networks.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security systems.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
