ATI Business Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our finance team with various tasks, including data entry, financial reporting, and basic accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance and accounting, excellent communication skills in English, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.,Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.,Support the finance team in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.,Provide administrative support to the finance team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating with vendors.,Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end closing processes.,Support the finance team in the preparation of tax filings and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Assist in the preparation of financial analysis and presentations for senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting.,Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.,Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.,Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines.
