📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback to improve relationships and processes.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply).,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
