📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular stock counts and audits.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Monitor and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Train and mentor junior staff on warehouse procedures and best practices.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control software.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
