In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance and a proven track record of managing financial operations efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily financial transactions and cash handling.,Process and reconcile all financial transactions accurately and promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and employees.,Monitor and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.,Train and supervise junior staff in financial transactions and customer service.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in all financial dealings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a finance or administrative capacity.,Strong knowledge of financial transactions, accounting principles, and cash handling procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using financial software and accounting systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
