📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote property projects.,Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with sales teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.,Create and manage marketing content, including brochures, websites, and social media posts.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize strategies.,Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on marketing activities and results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Creative and innovative thinker with a strong problem-solving mindset.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
