📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.
  • Ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • Manage and train staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized outlet at all times.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the regional manager to ensure that all outlet managers are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.

  • Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or similar role in a retail or service industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
