🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proven ability to drive sales and meet financial targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
