📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.,Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure a steady supply of goods and services.,Analyze procurement data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement principles, processes, and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
