📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages to customers.,Maintain and operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.,Train and mentor junior baristas to ensure consistent quality of service.,Assist in the daily operations of the coffee shop, including cleaning and restocking.,Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service.,Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role.,Proficient in operating espresso machines and other coffee equipment.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Excellent customer service and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with coffee beans, flavors, and roasting techniques.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new coffee trends and methods.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
