PT Berkah Wira is seeking a talented Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. This is a remote position, offering flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage the fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs, and generate reports as required.,Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve the efficiency of the fleet.,Collaborate with the procurement team to source and negotiate contracts for vehicle purchases and leases.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly insured and that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.,Provide support to the operations team as needed, including assisting with logistics planning and problem-solving.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
