In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human capital operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You will work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a high-quality workforce.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Lead and mentor HR team members to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and international labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes diversity and inclusion.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Capital Operations, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successful HR strategy implementation.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
