📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Participate in menu development and cost control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle daily food preparation and cooking tasks.,Assist in special event planning and execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record in managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines.,Valid food handler's certificate.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
