📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital strategies to enhance community engagement and outreach.
• Manage and optimize digital platforms, including our website and social media channels.
• Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and improve digital performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital initiatives align with organizational goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital technology and AI, and recommend innovative solutions.
• Oversee the implementation of AI tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Lead digital projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet quality and timeline standards.
• Provide training and support to staff on digital tools and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital strategy and project management.
• Proven experience with digital tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hootsuite.
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and IBM Watson.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in digital marketing or AI would be a plus.
• Experience working in a non-profit or community-focused organization is a bonus.
