📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop detailed technical drawings and specifications for auxiliary systems.
• Create accurate cost estimates and prepare tender documents.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers to ensure design integrity and project compliance.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify design and construction quality.
• Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
• Participate in project reviews and presentations to stakeholders.
• Ensure all designs and estimates are prepared using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in design and estimating for auxiliary systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ASME, IBC, and local building codes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar is a plus.
• Experience with construction management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) is a plus.
