🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management, with a focus on manufacturing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing engineering teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and technologies, such as CNC machines, CAD software, and ERP systems.
• Experience with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
