Lead and manage a team of researchers in AI evaluations, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.,Develop and execute research strategies that align with Figma's vision and goals.,Conduct comprehensive evaluations of AI models and technologies to ensure they meet performance and quality standards.,Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to integrate research findings into product development.,Publish research findings and contribute to industry publications and conferences.,Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and research methodologies, and drive continuous improvement in research processes.,Mentor and develop the skills of junior researchers and team members.,Represent Figma at industry events and conferences to showcase our research capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.,10+ years of experience in research, with a strong track record in AI evaluations.,Proven leadership experience in managing research teams and driving impactful projects.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and innovatively.,Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant AI tools and frameworks.,Experience in publishing research papers and contributing to industry publications.,A passion for AI and a commitment to advancing the field through research and innovation.
