In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a team of servers, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service. You'll work closely with our culinary team to ensure that our food and beverages are presented beautifully and served with a smile. You'll also be responsible for managing our inventory and ensuring that our restaurant is stocked with the freshest ingredients. Our beachfront venue is the perfect setting for a luxurious dining experience, and we're looking for someone who can bring their passion and energy to this unique environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of servers and bartenders to ensure exceptional service is delivered to our guests.
• Oversee the flow of food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure that our restaurant is stocked with the freshest ingredients.
• Train and develop new team members to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
• Ensure that our restaurant is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Handle any guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Work closely with our culinary team to ensure that our food and beverages are presented beautifully and served with a smile.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our restaurant remains a leader in the hospitality industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and team members.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of POS systems such as TouchBistro or Micros is a plus.
• Previous experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
