In this role, you will have the chance to work closely with a dedicated team of professionals, leveraging your expertise to implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain safety training programs for employees.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to health, safety, and environmental performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of safety considerations into all aspects of operations.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes, and implement necessary adjustments to our safety management system.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, managers, and external stakeholders regarding health, safety, and environmental matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to safety management.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
